 A tennis inspired group fitness class combining HIIT training

During the class, an instructor will lead you through a combination of the basic ground strokes forehand, backhand, and slice. You will be swinging in repetition as you move & break a Sweat.

 

Next, comes the HIIT Workout.

A series of different boot camp exercises which will burn fat and add muscle. TopSpin gives you a unique tennis experience while jamming to your Favorite Music. The ultimate fun and engaging workout.
